family ties

So Travis had the wonderful idea to make Denny a quilt with these iron on Denny's trucks that he found at the shop so my mom and I went to work at it for him. We had iron on's on each orange and white squares then in the middle of the quilt we were able to get old pictures of Denny out on tow calls and working with new trucks and such over the last 30 years or so and put those on his quilt as well. Travis and everyone at the shop couldn't wait to see Denny's face when we gave him the quilt. It was truely a work of love and we are so happy the he loved it. Denny will not even use the quilt and is waiting for Shirley to buy a quilt rack so he can hang it up in his "fishing" room at his house.
